First fill up of the Touareg.  Average MPG with probably 75% city driving is 23Mpg on the first tank.   Not too shabby!  Fuel prices are only $.10 higher than what Premium gas cost for my R32, and my average mileage in that car with the same kind of driving was 21 at best.

Mileage is supposed to improve 15- 20% over the first 10,000 miles as seals seat and the compression reaches its max of 530PSI.

Still going to take a good bit of time to get used to almost $100 fill ups…

Now with some Meaty Blizzack DM-V1 Snow tires on the truck, we are ready for winter.
