Now that I seemed to have crossed a weight threshold I feared (mainly due to the epic parties all last week), it’s time to start dropping weight. This is also to getting my cardio system working a bit better in prep for taking on ski’n again this winter and my up coming motorcycle trip.
Did my first high intensity 20 minutes on the Eliptical, and destroyed my legs nicely. Turns out I dont have the endurance or cardio system that I had when I was working out daily back in 2010 where I could to 60+ minutes at fast pace and burn almost 1000 calories in one run.
Today I’ll have to be happy with the ~200 calories, and a good sweat. Onward and upward.
